During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
2. Handling Time
Handling time refers to the period between order confirmation and shipment dispatch.

7. Delivery Responsibility

- We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees may apply.
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nathaniell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend customers monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package when necessary.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us promptly.
- Report missing shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Provide clear photos for damaged items.
- We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in certain cases depending on carrier limitations.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping constraints.
10. International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. If introduced in the future, additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
